1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are intended for business use. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent.

2. Tenders and bids

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the tenders they post. Vendors are responsible for the bids they submit, including pricing and lead times.

BuildBid facilitates the connection between clients and vendors but is not a party to any contract formed between them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, or submitting fraudulent tenders or bids.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildBid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
